Correct. Based on my example, the $2202 is the nonresident state tax liability.
Obviously, you will want to use whatever the number is from your actual return.
You may have to review the New Jersey return by going through all the state entries, item by item. You won't be changing anything, just using it as a way to access the final state results. There is generally a summary screen right before the final error check for each state.
