When you report Box 20 on the K-1, pick Z from the drop down and press continue. The key here is that no numbers are entered when you choose Z. A series of questions will follow such as is your investment at risk and so on and so forth.
Then the screen will appear that will ask additional information that is listed in the notes for Box 20 Code Z, that accompany the K-1. These include the two you have in your question, which are W-2 Wages and Unadjusted Basis of Assets. You would chooses these two and enter the amounts in the boxes on this screen.
