Be aware,
The desktop version is not licensed for sale outside the US. You may be able to get a copy from a friend,or you may be able to trick Amazon or whoever, that you are in the US if you can use a US address and US credit card to purchase the download. (I suspect there is an export restriction on the built-in encryption code.)
And, to use the Online version, you must also have a US-based credit card.
And, for any version, you must have a US bank account to receive a refund by direct deposit from the IRS. If you don't have a US bank account, the IRS will mail a paper check.
