I purchased 2 copies of Home&Business. A copy for my girlfriend in anther state and a copy for myself. Can I install both on my PC when signed on as different users?

Alternatively, Do can I use the second license code to do a second return with it's free state?
We are completing our 2023 (extension) taxes so I got two copies at a great price.....
