Email says my Turbotax Advantage will renew but I don't have any subscriptions on file

I got an email from TurboTaxAdvantage, an em2 turbotax intuit address, which is a legit email, & it has my correct credit card info. It states I have until October 31st to cancel a subscription renewal for TurboTax Advantage.

 

I just spoke to an Agent who went through 4 different accounts associated with my email (some had been closed) & 1 account on my other email. None of these have any cards on file or subscriptions.

 

I don't have this product, I don't want this product, but I have no way to cancel this charge through TurboTax. They don't even have a record of this email being sent to me, which is nuts.

 

How does this happen??
