Where can I enter my 2022 balance due payment for federal taxes that I paid in 2023 when I'm in TurboTax (I pay estimated taxes)?

I see the areas where I can add every other type of tax payment, but not this one.  As a result, it thinks I have a late payment and wants the IRS to bill me or me to make the payment before I can move on.
