It is amazing how crappy TurboTax software and service become this days. I updated software to the latest and it start crashing every few steps. And I can not get human

Install new version and problem started to show up.
Few steps and software crashes. Have to restart. Few more steps and it crashes again. Sometimes without any progress since it restart at earlier position.
