You said you are in another country. In 2020 were you a U.S. citizen, a resident alien, or a nonresident alien? If you were a nonresident alien in 2020 you cannot use TurboTax at all for your 2020 tax return. A nonresident alien has to file Form 1040-NR, which TurboTax does not support.
