My client has a foreign address and was getting the same message. What i did was change her address in the my info to a US address. my client used her parents address. Then I had the client complete the checkout again and did not get the error message. Once client complete the checkout process. I went back to write mode and changed her address back to foreign address and I was able to e-file.
