My company is hosting a charity golf tournament and will be receiving sponsorships and donations, all of which will go to local benefiting organizations. Will the donating/sponsoring companies require a donation receipt, and will this receipt come from my company or from the benefiting organizations? My company will be sending the funds on behalf of the donating/sponsoring companies to the benefiting organizations.
