5 Free Counseling Sessions Received -- Afterwards were 50,000 Korean Won. Taxable?

US Expat in Korea. There was some offer from a "Foreign Resident Center" for a lot of free things (they offer classes, counseling, legal aid, etc.). I took their offer of 5 free counseling sessions which I guess they pay directly to the counseling center (for the first 5 times) and then if you want to continue, each session was 50,000 KRW.

Do I need to report these "free counseling sessions" (like the fair market value of 250,000 KRW which I'd have to figure out each date I went, convert to USD, and add it up) or am I being too obsessive with my taxes? TIA.
