If you used a paid preparer you should be consulting the preparer for help.
It's not clear what you mean by "submitted a w2 no schudale c." Do you mean that the preparer entered your self-employment income as if it was on a W-2, even though you didn't get a W-2? If so, that was grossly wrong, and is probably what is causing the delay. Your paid preparer should straighten it out. If the preparer cannot or will not take care of the problem, or the preparer was not someone that you paid, go to a local tax professional for help. And if the preparer made such an obvious mistake, find a new preparer for next year.
