Purchased the disk from Costco, installed, used it last March and finished my federal and state without issues.... until the end. Somehow, I wasn't able to complete the direct deposit section for my refunds. It's been months since this happened so I'd forgotten the specific error message. Nevertheless, when I returned, I've been unable to launch the application and it asked me to reinstall but my son has lost my disk.
Today, I tried to reinstall (running the ???install.exe already in my computer), it presented me with the license # which I clicked, then the program did something and actually completed... it seemed. However, when I tried to open turbotax.exe, a turbotax image just flashed or blinked and then nothing.
All the elements that were installed in my computer are still in it but still I can't launch the application.
My filing extension is due to expire soon. Somebody help please!
