Someone must have told you to get your MeF Submission ID. Whoever told you to get it should tell you what to do with it. We have no way of knowing why you asked for your MeF Submission ID or what you are supposed to do with it, and we don't know what you are trying to accomplish. It's very rare that anyone ever needs the MeF Submission ID for their tax return.
