HVAC (High Eff.) Tax credit of $2000, Are there income level limitation?

I am in the process of replacing HVAC units (High Efficiency, Energy Star, SEER2 = 16, HSPF2 = 9.5)

https://www.energystar.gov/about/federal-tax-credits/air-source-heat-pumps

How can I claim those $2000 credit? Is there any higher income level where Tax credit phase out?

Cost Break down

HVAC system - $3000 (Heat Pump and Inside Air Handler unit)

Thermostat - $250

AC line - $700

Electric Heat Strips - $200

Labor

Installation cost (Heat pump and Air handler unit) - $1800

AC line replacement cost - $1000

Total Cost about $7 k

Does your unit has to have a stricker of Energy Star or specs are fine to take credit?

Work will be done in year 2024. How much credit I will able to take and where this credit to enter in Tax forms?

Are there any income limits? I read online there is limits over 150% local median income. Not sure if they are talking about heat pump or other tax credits?
