Hello,
I am a green card holder and moved to India in the middle of 2023. I am keeping my green card. In TurboTax, when entering foreign earned income, it asks if I was a citizen in 2023. I am not a US citizen, but I understand that for tax filing purposes, green card holders are treated the same way as US citizens. So my question is in TurboTax, does this question imply both US citizens and permanent residents? In other words, should I answer "yes" to this question.
