The tag below your question says that you are using TurboTax Online. But you cannot prepare a 2021 tax return with TurboTax Online. TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year, which is now 2023. To file for 2021 you have to use the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2021. If you do not already have it, you can purchase a download at this link.
