Hello,
I am currently on an F1 visa in the USA and this is my third year in this country. I got married last year in May 2023 and my wife lives in a different country and doesn't have any US income at all and she only has USA B1/B2 visitors visa. In this case what should be my filing status ? Should it be Single (since I am still a Non-resident and my wife doesn't even have an SSN/ITIN) or Married Filing Separately.
