Hi, I checked that I didn't receive my federal tax refund for the previous year that I filed through Sprintax. I checked online on wheres my refund website but it didn't recognize my details and said the information doesn't match our records. I tried calling the IRS but couldn't get through to the customer representative. Could you please tell me how to proceed?
