Get your taxes done using TurboTax
You don't enter 1095 forms from your employer. If you receive a 1095-B or 1095-C, do not enter those on your tax return. Keep them with your tax records.
The only form that gets entered is Form 1095-A. There is no federal penalty for healthcare.
What state return did you file? You may need to update your information if you live in a state that penalized you for not having health insurance.
How to amend a state return? (only use this if your state penalized you). Otherwise, you don't need to take any action.
