Have used turbo tax the last 5 years with no problems. This year filed again with turbo tax on Jan. 15, 2024. Tax was accepted by the IRS on 1/18/24. On 2/16 received a letter from IRS stating they are verifying my tax report for I should receive my refund within 60 days. Here it is April 24 and I still have not recieved my refund.
