UPDATE:
I have gone with an option of local tax office appointment (have seen that through my IRS account - the one logged in through ID.me). During the call for making the appointment, I have explained the details to the customer service rep and she was able to look through my details. She informed me that 'looks there is some error in processing" !!!. And as this is already passed the 10 weeks window, she can put me through some process called "referral". And advised that it could take another 30- 60 days to get the refund. When I checked today (05/07) under "where is my refund" link, I see the refund approved status! Hoping it'll be credited soon
