All these "expert" answers are killing me. The simple question is "how does Turbo Tax calculate the effective tax rate shown on the first page of your return?" And NO ONE can give an answer. We don't need definitions or to be told that it's complicated, we just want to know where the hell y'all are getting these numbers from and none of y'all seem to know.
Does not inspire confidence to say the least.
