We are lawful permanent residents with ACA insurance. We qualify for premium tax credit despite income below poverty line. How can we get Turbotax to recognize this?

Since there is no way to update citizenship status in Turbotax, it does not recognize that we qualify and fails to generate Form 8962 and Schedule 3 with our information.
