There is no such filing status of "Married Head of Household". Your choices are Married filing separate, or Married filing joint. Since your spouse passed in 2023, you can (and should) file Married filing Joint. When you enter your spouse's information in the My Info section, make sure you check the box to indicate they passed away in 2023.
