@TaxGuyBill Thank you, I am located in Texas. I figured that as a sole prop, I do not pay myself wages. I am the owner and am compensated through a distribution of profits. Meaning I am not an employee, meaning I do not pay into or receive eligibility of unemployment. I have not filed to be a corporation for that very reason. Let me know if my line of logic is coherent.
