Get your taxes done using TurboTax
How are we going to know when your developers think they've fixed this issue? There was another update over the weekend but I have no idea what it was "fixing". I filed an extension for my return to give you time to fix this issue so I could file electronically. I do NOT want to mail my tax returns which is why I use Turbo Tax. I already paid for Turbo Tax and I don't want to have to pay for sending my return Certified via USPS (or any other carrier). Am I supposed to just keep trying? Turbo Tax needs to be more forthcoming on updating us for this issue. I am not the only one who filed an extension so they can file their return electronically. How can we be notified to attempt to file again?
