If you think that you qualify for the free return offer, try returning to the Free Edition and completing your return.
Here's how to do that:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account.
- In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Switch to Free Edition.
- You'll be asked if you are sure, select Switch to Free Edition, and Continue with your tax return.
- If at some point, you enter something that disqualifies you from the Free Edition, you will get an on-screen message explaining that.
