LLC which files as an S corp: Is 12 year old's income subject to social security, medicare, income tax?

I own a single member LLC which files as an S corp. My son who is 12 years old is doing social media marketing for the LLC. I am paying him $14k for 2024. Do we need to withold social security, medicare, income tax from his paychecks?
