Not all taxpayers have an Identity Protection Pin. If you are not enrolled in that IRS program, just answer NO to the IP PIN. To e-file, you need either last-year's AGI OR the self-select pin you chose last year - not both. The self-select e-file pin (5 digits) is not the same as the IP PIN (6 digits).
