I prepared my taxes and filed them last week. Then my son needed some help with his taxes, so I logged into my TT to follow along with him as we talked on the phone. I must have clicked something somewhere, and I cannot get it back to the amount that it was when I filed. I tracked down the error, just don't know how to undo it. On my 1040 worksheet, Schedule 2, Part II, Line 4, it now says I have a 4029 exemption, but I'm not clergy. Would be nice if I were, because it sure does reduce my SE tax bill. We have 3 small businesses, and none of the Schedule C's or Schedule C worksheets have the box checked for clergy. How do I become unordained?
