I am working on my 2022 taxes through downloaded software for MAC- macOS BigSur 11.2.3. Many of the pages, I get a white screen with "no form" and can't enter info. Help

I already deleted and redownloaded the software and cleared browser history, cache, etc as suggested by turbotax.  I paid for the software so I don't want to pay again to another vendor.
