To update your IP PIN information in TurboTax Desktop:
- Select PERSONAL in the banner
- Select Other Tax Situations below PERSONAL in the banner
- Under Other Return Info, select Update next to Identity protection PIN
- You should land on the Identity Protection PIN screen. From there, you should be able to make any updates necessary
