If the child lived with you more than 6months in 2023, you should claim the child, but you won't be able to e-file your return as the child's SSN has already been used in the mother's return. You have to print out and mail your return.
The IRS will in a few months write to ask both of you the circumstances to decide who can claim the child and your claim will prevail.
