Ever since the Cloud took over Turbo Tax has become the worst!! Every year I have problems getting my tax file to transfer. I have to buy multiple editions because I have Mac or PC. The support people offer no help and don't offer a way to avoid having to rebuy the software multiple times.
I don't understand why if you are bringing over a tax return from a different software company that TT says that its capable, but when trying to transfer a PDF that is from TT last year the file says corrupted and won't transfer. I am so fed up and waste so much time. I have been a customer for over 20 years and TT YOU ARE LOSING MY BUSINESS!!
