2023 Federal Personal Extension has been rejected

I have been rejected 3 times and don't know how to fix the issue within TurboTax.  

 

I received an email stating that the Taxpayer TIN in the Return Header must not be the same as a TIN of a previously accepted electronic return for the return type and tax period indicated in the tax return. However, I do not see how to fix this in the portal interface.

 

Can anyone please assist?
