Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Since you have a 1095-A, you will need to enter the details of it into TurboTax.  After answering YES to the question in your screen image, you will be taken to the 1095-A entry screen.  The form will be pre-populated with all the names on your tax return.  You will have to manually remove the spouse that is not listed on the 1095-A in Part ll.  Screen Image attached.  

Note: Your 1095-A may be available in your HealthCare.gov account as early as mid-January, or as late as February 1. If you’re already logged in, start with step 3 below.

1. Log in to your HealthCare.gov account.
2. Click the green "Continue" button.
3. Choose "Go to my applications & coverage" at the top of the screen.
4. Under "Your existing applications," select your 2018 application — not your 2019 application. It will be below your 2019 application.
5. Select “Tax forms” from the menu on the left.
6. Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.
