Thanks for confirming "you can't attach any documents when you Efile.".
I wish TurboTax would include allow the attaching document when I Efile.
Meanwhile, I'll print and mail my return via USMail rather than using Efile.
I remain hopeful that TurboTax will allow this capability at some future date.
