Some .pdf attachments can be uploaded while others may not actually be attached. Keep the document with your tax files and if requested you can send it then.
TurboTax doesn't provide this feature for everything, in part because the IRS and state e-file systems would not be able to recognize them as a tax form and check their accuracy.
