I have not paid any estimated or other taxes and did not enter that in TurboTax but it is showing $4 as a withholding and will not let me change it. Can I change this?

How?  When I click on edit, it will not let me answer "no" to the questions about paying part of prior year refund for future years or state taxes.  It changes the answer back to "yes".  Not sure where the $4 came from.  Not from me.
