I finally called the TurboTax support 800-446-8848. They had to activate the states and explained how 2023 "states" are being displayed. Support was fast and efficient. When I went back to find and update the comment, I could not find it. Also my comments now show a double INTUIT TURBOTAX logo that takes up (literally) half the page. (Thank you for your reply as it allowed me to update my issue).
