I have had exactly the same problem for the past 2 years.
The IRS will not give me my refund until I provide them with hardcopy of my W2's.
Specifically, they want my Social Security W2 even though it has "DO NOT SEND TO IRS" on the bottom.
Both times I have had to fax the W-2's to the IRS and then received my refund about 2 weeks later.
How do I attach my W2's when using Turbo Tax to submit my return electronically?
Turbo Tax doesn't seem to have this capability.
