Getting same error message.

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.
Does not show me which formset?? Trying to file a simple free 1040R return for my mom. She's in Texas, so no state return. Tried signing out, closing window, clearing cache. Same message. Any suggestions?
