To restart you just clock on the subject ytou need to restart/edit anmd click edit and review. it lets you change any and every detail that you need to change. Or you can just click the little garbage can that is next to the form category that your filing ( ex: W2, 1099) You can completely delete it by clicking the garbage can. I think by doing this though you will need to fill out all of your personal info and everything again. So personally I think you are better off just clicking edit and review on every section.
