Is anyone else having a problem trying to "Revisit" anything in the Investments & Savings tab under Income? I keep trying to go to dividends, but the page won't load

Every time I click "Revisit" under "Dividends on 1099-DIV" a circle pops up, then another circle, then it takes me back to the Income page. I've tried it on the app and on the computer and it's doing the same thing.
