I don't think you understood my issue. I spent hours putting in all my information, chose free tier all along, then suddenly at the end get stopped and asked to pay up. This is cunning, shrewd, and messed up flow. I should have been made aware upfront and i would have walked away and not wasted my time.
Turbotax has been sued heavily over this messed up flow where users are sprung this message at the last moment when they chose free all along and get coerced into paying.
Is there a turbotax support staff member here? Only interested in getting answers from them, no one else. Thank you.
