I provided my bank account and efilled but I'm being asked to mail Form 1040-V Payment Voucher to the IRS?

I provided my bank account and efilled my return but I'm being asked to mail Form 1040-V Payment Voucher to the IRS? is that right?
I assume they will deduct payment directly from my bank account provided?
