When you print the pdf filing there are several options. The one that says Filing Record (or something to that I effect) is what is filed to the IRS without all the worksheets. Having said that it is not the pdf document that is filed but an xml representaton of it. The error that the IRS is flagging could be due to either a numerical mismatch with other forms, or it could simply be a formating error in the electronic xml file. So if the IRS accepted the filing you can be pretty the printed pdfs are representative of what the IRS received.
I did some research on the code number for the error and in non IRS situations pdf data transfers, the code means a formating error (eg. a missing or out of spec data field etc). Whatever the cause the form with the error gets rejected and TT seems unable or uninterested in fixing it before the filing deadline. So a few like us have managed to find a work around, but for the rest they will have to file a paper copy and even that may not be accurate and could be quite possibly be rejected as well or worse still audited by the IRS. It is big sh.. show and really casts a stain on TT's reputation.
