My son paid 139. To turbo but they said they couldn't except a card for PMT. then something about line 2 on his W2 and he would have to send in printed tax forms but not willing to help him understand. I have an account also but not for long and I truly feel this company needs to give my boys money back. You really don't want me to tell everyone including the BBB what y'all have or haven't done. You people are in the wrong!!
