Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I had this same problem and contacted customer service.  This is what we did:  

1. In TurboTax, on the top bar, choose Help.

2. Scroll down to and choose Pay by Phone.

3. Scroll down to and choose State E-File.

4. Follow instructions on the window.  You have to involve customer service which will have a number to call in the window.  They will override the problem.
